When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship the next business day. We try to maintain all items in our inventory, however if your item is not in stock you will be notified by e-mail after you place your order. Will I receive an order conformation e-mail?
Yes, you will receive a conformation e-mail after we receive your order.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, simply give us a call at 1(888) 855-8538 with you order. Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. pacific standard time.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Do you accept personal checks?
Yes, but your order will take longer because we won't be able to ship the order until the check clears.
Who do you ship with?
We use UPS, USPS,Fedex and DHL and will provide you via e-mail with a tracking number ones your order ships.
Can my order be sent as a gift directly to a third party?
Yes, we can send your gift direct to a receipient for you. The invoice sent in the package will be sent without a dollar amount on it. We can also gift wrap your item and enclose a card (please include the message you would like on the card, in the shipping instruction area at check out )
