Can I order by phone?

Yes, simply give us a call at 1(888) 855-8538  with you order. Mon.- Fri. 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. eastern standard time.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you accept personal checks?

Yes, but your order will take longer because we won't be able to ship the order until the check clears.

Who do you ship with?

We use UPS, USPS, FedEx and will provide you via e-mail with a tracking number once your order ships.

Do I have to return my FREE  Romeo & Juliet if I make a return or exchange?

You do not as long as your total stays above $150.00 after the return/exchange.

Can I order a product that is no longer in shops?

Please contact us on special orders, in some cases we can get retired items. If we are unable to get the item for you, we recommend you visit http://www.ritzenhoffusa.com/ they have created a swap shop for collectors. You can post your inquiry and perhaps have luck in finding your item.

Can my order be sent as a gift directly to a third party?

Yes, we can send your gift direct to a recipient for you. The invoice sent in the package will be sent without a dollar amount on it. We can also gift wrap your item and enclose a card (please include the message you would like on the card, in the shipping instruction area at check out )

Can I wash Ritzenhoff glasses in the dishwasher?

As with all nice things in life, Ritzenhoff glass requires particular care. Usually it must be washed by hand- unless specified otherwise.
