How do I return an item?
Our Guarantee: hostingandtoasting.com guarantees all merchandise we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt refund of the merchandise value within 14 days. All products must be returned complete and in original condition and packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and any other documentation. Returns without these items cannot be processed.
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please complete the return form enclosed with your order. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, and enclose your completed return form. If you do not have a return form, please send a copy of your invoice and circle the item (s) you are returning.
Standard USPS shipping rates will be applied to any returned orders originally shipped with free shipping.
Be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number, and sufficient insurance to cover the package in case it is lost. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please return your package to:

How do I exchange an Item?
You can exchange an item within 14 days of the purchase date by returning it following the instructions above.
In addition, simply indicate on the return form the item number of the product you'd like to order in exchange.
When we receive the exchange, we'll credit or charge your card the difference between your original purchase and your new one in addition to standard USPS charges.
Damages
Should a shipment arrive damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. We will make arrangements to have the item (s) shipped back to us.
Do I have to return my free Romeo&Juliet if I make a return or exchange?
You do not as long as your total stays over $150 after the return/exchange.
